Can I order a custom quantity of items?

Currently, our magnets are available in sets of 9 or in bulk orders. We’re unable to provide custom quantities at this time

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to send out your order within 1–2 days after your confirmation email (weekends and holidays not included). We ship through USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2–5 business days—most orders arrive in under a week!

Return Policy

Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Since every item is custom-made just for you, we’re not able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Magnets

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at magnetic.momentsllc@outlook.com. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase!
